County Committee Meetings Hawkins County Budget Committee will meet the third Monday of each month at 3:30 p.m in the Administration Building. Planning Commission will meet the fourth Thursday of each month at 9:30 a.m in the Administration Building. Public Safety Committee will meet the third Thursday quarterly at 3:00 p.m in the Administration Building. ( Jan, April, July, Oct) Solid Waste Committee will meet the second Wednesday quarterly as needed at 3:00 p.m in the Administration Building. ( Jan, April, July, Oct) Road Committee will meet quarterly at 3:00 p.m. in the Administration Building. ( Feb, May, August, November) Education Committee will meet the first Thursday quarterly at 5:15 p.m in the Charles A. Fuller Training Room.
