The Hawkins County Board of Commissioners Regular Meetings, and all Special Called meetings, will be held at the Hawkins County Courthouse located at 100 East Main Street, Room #214 Rogersville, TN. unless otherwise noted or announced.

Scheduled Hawkins County Committee Meetings:
Budget Committee - Monday, June 15, 2026 @ 3:30 pm. -Administration Building
The First Tennessee Development District will have a special called meeting at the next Hawkins County Planning Commission meeting on June 22nd at 9:30 a.m. in the Administration Meeting room.
At the request of George Nolan and Southern Environmental Law, we will convene for an Executive Session of the Hawkins County Commission at 5:15 PM, Monday, June 22, 2026, in the Commission Room of the courthouse just prior to the regular June meeting.
The agenda has only one item: Discussion of Southern Environmental Law Center’s plans to represent Hawkins County in the lawsuit filed by ExoticRidge Crypto LLC.
This Executive Session is closed to the public and will be commissioners and attorneys only.
Hawkins County Budget Committee will meet the third Monday of each month at 3:30 p.m in the Administration Building.
Planning Commission will meet the fourth Thursday of each month at 9:30 a.m in the Administration Building.
Public Safety Committee will meet the third Thursday quarterly (Jan, April, July, Oct) at 3:00 p.m in the Administration Building.
Solid Waste Committee will meet the second Wednesday quarterly (Jan, April, July, Oct) as needed at 3:00 p.m in the Administration Building.
Road Committee will meet the first Thursday quarterly ( Feb, May, August, Nov) at 3:00 p.m. in the Administration Building.
Education Committee will meet the first Thursday quarterly at 5:15 p.m in the Charles A. Fuller Training Room.
